The Messermeister Meridian Elite 9-inch Chef Knife

2017 Review number 3I have used this knife and I can assure you it has one of the sharpest blades in the market. I believe this is one knife that any newbie in the kitchen business will have to handle with care. It has the ability to remain sharp for a substantial amount of time therefore I never waste my cooking time to sharpen it. However, when chopping gets tough, sharpening it becomes easier thanks to its partial bolster.

What makes this Knife more interesting is its amazing Japanese stainless steel that ensures its durability and outstanding aesthetic quality. I admit that its handle is specially built to give its end-user exceptional comfort. This is a knife that will never dishearten your cooking.

The Global 7-inch Santoku

Review Of Knives 2017I came across this knife a year ago and it is still the lightest of all knives I have used. Its razor-sharp ultra-thin blades make my chopping a fun affair. Its hollow handle filled with a good amount of sand gives this knife the perfect balance ever chef desires. I own this Santoku and I can admit that I adore its edge overwhelmingly hence I do more slicing than chopping with it. Outrageous, isn’t it?

The Shun Classic 8-inch Chef Knife

Kitchen Knife Reviews 2017This knife is undoubtedly the most attractive one I have come across in years. Its beautiful wavy pattern gives it that artistic look that makes my kitchen charming and unique.
This amazing kitchen machine has a thin hard core that creates a thin sharp blade, which has the ability to slice through denser foods than thicker knives. Additionally, it has an exclusive pakkawood handle that is not only durable, but also comfortable to hold.

Without fear of contradiction, I can assertively state that this is one of the best knives in the already congested modern market.
